Changes
We post any addition or replacement here 30 days before it takes effect. Customers under contract are notified in writing at the same time. To be added to that notice list, write to privacy@aleq.com.
What they can see
Customer financial data stays inside per-tenant storage with a per-tenant encryption key. The model providers above operate under zero-retention agreements: prompts and completions are not retained and are never used to train shared models. The voice vendors are only in the path when a customer enables outbound voice.
Questions about any vendor on this list: privacy@aleq.com. The full privacy policy and security disclosures sit alongside it.
